I lived at 21 & View from March 2024- November 2025. Overall, the experience was great. Quiet/respectful neighbors, quick & efficient maintenance when needed and the property was well maintained. The location is perfect (coffee shop to work in, easy access to Sugarhouse park, CVS next door & The Dodo restaurant if I didn't feel like cooking. In my opinion, the price was very fair for the quality of life! My 3 stars comes from the lack of communication post move. I moved out November 30, 2025 & was told I'd hear shortly on the status of my $500 refundable deposit*. I started inquiring about the status after 1 month of no communication. Fast forward to April 2025 & 7 phone calls later, still no response. I continue to get the same response from the leasing office, "We'll pass your request to the Property Manager & you'll hear back shortly". At this point, its less about the $500 & more about the status of my refund (does it exist, was it used for repairs, etc). Very frustrated that a great experience has been tainted by something that could be resolved with a 2 minute phone call or email.

Kevin was great during the whole process for me. Answered all questions I had, and now that I have moved in he has continued to show up for me whenever I have any questions or requests. Makes it easy to be happy about your living situation when the leasing agents are as good as he is. Thanks again Kevin!

Eric gave me a tour on a Monday, and I was moved in by Thursday. His professionalism and friendly demeanor were major factors in my decision. I was short on time, and Ericâs responsiveness made the move possible. Both he and Jason have provided excellent service throughout during my time here.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at the 21 and view complex. From the moment I inquired about leasing, Eric went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set this place apart. The community is well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and any concerns are handled promptly. Eric genuinely cares about the residents, making sure everyone feels at home. Whether it was helping with my move-in process or checking in to ensure my stay was comfortable, he exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for a great place to live with outstanding management, look no further than 21 complex. Huge thanks to Eric for making this an incredible experience.

I just toured this apartment! And can I just say ERIC is such a sweetheart he showed me around, went through everything with me and I love it!! Above it all this place is so cute and the management seems excellent. Thanks for the tour ERIC!
