What are the lease terms?
9-13 months is our standard lease term depending on availability. We do offer leases 4-8 months short term with a small premium.
What does it cost to move in?
$50 application
$500 deposit OAC*
$399 lease initiation fee

Are utilities included in the cost?
No the tenant must pay electric, gas, and city utilities through UB West
What's your pet policy?
We do allow pets with some breed restrictions noted on our application. $600 pet deposit ($200 is refundable upon move out) per animal
What is your guest policy?
Guests are allowed on a short term basis. Any long term stay would need to be approved by staff or result in addition to lease.
Do you require apartment renters insurance?
If you do not provide your own renter's insurance we offer a liability waiver for $14/mo.
How do I pay the rent?
Rent is paid through Domuso on the app store or via webpage. Domuso's website has all payment forms they accept listed for you.
How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?
You can submit them online, via text to our google voice number, by phone. We have an on-call maintenance phone number and our maintenance staff is on site M-F 9am-6pm during normal business hours
Is there public transportation nearby?
Yes- There is a bus stop on 1300E
How often does rent go up? By how much?
Rent will not increase during rent term.
What is the parking situation?
$125 Covered Garage & $65 Uncovered Reserved Lot
Are there plans to update the building?
No
Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?
Yes we do charge a penalty for lease breaks
