Kevin was great during the whole process for me. Answered all questions I had, and now that I have moved in he has continued to show up for me whenever I have any questions or requests. Eric gave me a tour on a Monday, and I was moved in by Thursday. His professionalism and friendly demeanor were major factors in my decision. I was short on time, and Ericâs responsiveness made the move possible. Both he and Jason have provided excellent service throughout during my time here.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at the 21 and view complex. From the moment I inquired about leasing, Eric went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set this place apart. The community is well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and any concerns are handled promptly. Eric genuinely cares about the residents, making sure everyone feels at home. Whether it was helping with my move-in process or checking in to ensure my stay was comfortable, he exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for a great place to live with outstanding management, look no further than 21 complex. Huge thanks to Eric for making this an incredible experience.

I just toured this apartment! And can I just say ERIC is such a sweetheart he showed me around, went through everything with me and I love it!! Above it all this place is so cute and the management seems excellent. Thanks for the tour ERIC!

Lived here for two years and had an awesome experience. A bit pricy for what you get but the service from Jason was unbelievable. As a property manager and maintenance manager he was amazing at his job, super quick to fix anything and takes amazing care of the property
